I left something in your cloakroom, how can I claim it back?
Please use the contact form for Lost Property on our ‘Contact’ Page. Please note that we will only guarantee to keep lost property for 3 weeks. Please make special arrangements with us if you need us to hold it any longer than this. Collections times can be arranged via the Lost Property Form
How to get the venue by public transport?
Digital & Think Tank? are situated in Newcastle City Centre enclosed in the International Centre for Life & adjacent to the cities main transport hub Central Station.
By Rail // Metro
Newcastle has excellent rail connections, fast & frequent InterCity links & local Metro services. The venue is 2 minutes away from Central Station & Metro links to the whole of the region including Newcastle International Airport.
By Road // Parking
Digital is easily reached from the A1M, A69, A184, A1058, & A167. Follow signs for Central Station & Newcastle Arena. Times Square car park adjacent has 800 Spaces.
By Air
Digital is 15 minutes drive away from Newcastle International Airport. There is a direct Metro link to Central Station.
What time is last entry?
Please refer to your ticket provider for last entry times as these differ per event.
What is the minimum age requirements?
18+ (unless stated otherwise)
Do I need to bring my ID and what is valid ID?
Yes, you need to bring your ID as Digital operates a Challenge 25 age verification policy. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 then you will be asked for valid ID.
The accepted forms of ID are: Unexpired passport, driving licence, provisional driving licence, photo cards featuring pass hologram. Photocopies, photos or screenshots of IDs are NOT ACCEPTED.
What is your door/search policy?
By entering the licensed venue you are agreeing to be searched on entry, during your visit and on exit. Entry searches on your person and your bag are carried out for your own safety. Our door policy does not allow glass bottles, wine bottle openers, any sharp objects or illegal substances to be brought inside the venue.
What is the dress code?
Dress code is smart/casual. Jeans and smart trainers are allowed. No hoodies, man bags or sport brands please.
Where can I purchase tickets to an event?
Please go to the Club or Live Events pages where you will find ticket links to all our upcoming events.
What is your music policy?
Digital does not discriminate against music genres. We all deserve to dance. Each event may differ in music policy.
How do I book a VIP table?
Please fill in our VIP Table form on our Contact page and we will be in touch to get your booking on track!
How do I book the venue for a private or corporate party?
Digital is one of the most versatile event spaces in Newcastle. We can accommodate all sorts of ideas for your party or event needs. Please fill out our Hire form in our Contact page or email info@yourfutureisdigital.com with as much information as possible.
Where can I leave my jacket/bag?
We have a cloakroom at the entrance of the venue. After paying a small fee you will receive a ticket. Please do not lost your ticket as you will not be able to collect your belongings without this.
Is there disabled access?
Digital does have disabled access including flat grounded entry and a disabled toilet.
I am a promoter, do you accept event proposals?
Yes. Please email info@yourfutureisdigital.com with as much information as possible i.e type of event, music policy, artists, previous event photos etc.
